No quibble 60 day guarantee: If you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

We will happily refund any item purchased from Ruff and Tumble within 60 days of receipt unless that item has been personalised. Returned goods must be unused and unwashed.

We will not exchange any items. Instead we kindly request that you return the item for a refund and repurchase the correct item.

All orders are sent from England so please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. Orders with personalisation may take longer.

Orders maybe subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied when the delivery reaches its specific destination and you will be responsible for the payment of any such duties and taxes.
