With our recycling scheme simply send back your old coat, we'll donate it to a good cause and as a thank you we'll give you 20% OFF your next order!

1. Package up your old coat

We'd rather not send smelly, muddy coats to charities so please wash first if possible. Don't worry we'll take coats in ANY condition!

2. Post your old coat

Use the form below to generate a free returns label and follow the simple instructions for returning (instructions will be emailed).

3. Wait for your discount code

Once we've received your old coat we will send you an email with a unique discount code. Guilt free shopping here we come!

- The recycling scheme is available to UK customers only.

- The return items MUST be a Ruff and Tumble Dog Drying Coat. We will not accept other products or drying coats from other brands.

- The 20% voucher code cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer code

- The 20% voucher code cannot be used on any sale items

- The voucher code is only valid for a period of six months

- A voucher code will be provided for every coat returned however only one voucher code can be used at any one time.
